Surrounded by Green

Spring was a long time coming. I didn’t realized how desperately I missed the color green until last week, when I saw it burst into life all around me.

Heavenly green.

I am addicted to green. The ONLY reason I tolerate (and barely do) winter is because I have three seasons of green, flowery bliss. 🙂 I’m so glad spring is here, too…SO GLAD. 🙂

I too am so happy that spring is finally here. It always amazes me at how fast the trees bud and then poof one day all at once the leaves are on the trees.

  • You’re making me miss springtime and we’ve just said goodbye to summer! Such a beautiful picture!

  • Gorgeous park picture. I too (though I love winter) couldn’t wait to see the trees burst into bloom.

  • Is that vision near you? Such gorgeousness. Love it.

Thank you! Yes, it’s a park about 10 minutes away. I’ve lived here 12 years though and just discovered it last week. 🙂

I’m in Connecticut. The photo was taken at a park in Danbury. I was kind of shocked at the beauty of this spot, in an otherwise not-so-beautiful town!
