Welcome to the Summer Homeschool Art Project Series!
Learning through art projects is too much fun to forget about when the summer months approach. It’s one of the things that doesn’t get put on hold – ever – in our house.
Over the next five days, I will be posting a new art project complete with instructions and ways to expand on the learning with your kids. A few of the projects will have a history element or recommendations for deeper learning. Some will be purely for fun!
Here’s what you can look forward to this week:
- Monday: Fancy Folded Hand Fans {Japanese} Art Project
- Tuesday: Aboriginal Art with Sharpies
- Wednesday: Melted Crayon Art for Kids
- Thursday: Ancient Egyptian Paper Mache Pottery
- Friday:Make a Mini Storybook with your Child
This series is a part of Summer Hopscotch with iHomeschool Network. Check out the rest of the terrific bloggers participating at IHN.
