The Best of Adorable Chaos 2013

Looking back, 2013 has been a difficult year for us in many ways. The year began with the deepest sadness (and often fear) following the tragedy in Newtown and I wasn’t sure how our neighbors here would go on. We struggled to make sense of it all, to resume our lives, to step back into Newtown. Although my daughters and I witnessed the pain and grieving, we also saw the incredible strength and love of a community that has refused to be defined by tragedy.

Here are a few posts about our experiences:

My most popular  and widely read posts of the year fall into a different category entirely:

And finally, here are my personal favorites. These are the posts that I hope will make you laugh. Or chuckle. Or at least smile. They are about the wild ride of parenting, marriage and learning to keep my cool through it all.

In case you missed it, I did something huge this year. I published my first ebook. You can read more about Love Your Mayhem here.

Wishing you a Happy and Healthy New Year!

Happy New Year Amy! I recognise a few of those posts and my favourite one was definitely the one about dancing, the cupcakes and wine :) But, you know I still love reading your posts about homeschooling… always so interesting from your perspective as opposed to all the negative things you hear from people who haven’t a clue! Keep going and I look forward to reading more of your lovely posts!
